Stangeland Kran AS lifting an old bridge into a new place in Kvinesdal. The bridge has been fully renovated, and will serve as a walkway. I did have the plasure to execute the lifting with the Demag AC 200-1. "Kvina Bridge" is 31 meters long and did have a total weight of 17,4 ton's. No problem for the AC 200.
![bilde](http://www.mobilcrane.com/db/repository/x2112200814775.JPG) The bridge had to be moved about 100m from the place it was renovated. It had been stored at this place for many years.
![bilde](http://www.mobilcrane.com/db/repository/x2112200831273.JPG) Stangeland Kran AS and myself didn't have any thing to do with the transport of the bridge. The employer of the work execute this by own employees/machinery. In lack of planning, testing all limit's was set in action. The excavator could not lift one end by itself.
![bilde](http://www.mobilcrane.com/db/repository/x2112200813402.JPG) Then a Wheeled Loader was set to lift one side, with the excavator on the other side. No further comment's.

![bilde](http://www.mobilcrane.com/db/repository/x211220089734.JPG) On the move.
![bilde](http://www.mobilcrane.com/db/repository/x2112200818238.JPG) Check the angle of the lifting-equipment. Also the size is far too small. But it's not mine, and never will be.
![bilde](http://www.mobilcrane.com/db/repository/x211220082485.JPG) Step by step the bridge get's nearer the Demag AC 200-1.
![bilde](http://www.mobilcrane.com/db/repository/x211220083384.JPG) Ready to lift the 17,4ton (metric) and 31m (101foot) long bridge to it's final position.
![bilde](http://www.mobilcrane.com/db/repository/x2112200820738.JPG) A few minutes later the bridge is landed smooth on the foundations.
![bilde](http://www.mobilcrane.com/db/repository/x211220082761.JPG) The bridge in position.
![bilde](http://www.mobilcrane.com/db/repository/x211220089773.JPG) Well done.
